Privacy policy
This policy provides information pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 GDPR (DSGVO) about which personal data are processed when visiting fischerfl.at, for what purpose this happens and which rights are associated with it.
Controller
Responsible for the data processing on this website within the meaning of Art. 4 no. 7 GDPR is:
- Name
- Florian Michael Fischer
- Address
- Siolygasse 18/2/1b, 1190 Vienna, Austria
Complete details can be found in the imprint. A data protection officer has not been appointed pursuant to Art. 37 GDPR for a presence of this size.
Hosting and server log files
The website is operated on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The processing therefore takes place within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the host.
With every call of the website the server automatically collects data that your browser transmits. These are:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the retrieved file
- volume of data transferred and message about the success of the retrieval
- browser and operating system used
- previously visited page (referrer), insofar as transmitted
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and in the defence against attacks. The log files are automatically deleted after 14 days. These data are not merged with other data sources.
Fonts
This website uses the fonts Playfair Display and DM Sans. Both are delivered from our own server and are not loaded from a third-party provider. When the page is called up, no connection to Google servers is thereby established, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
The font files are subject to the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Since they are part of the website itself, no data transfer takes place in this respect that would require a legal basis of its own.
Local storage in the browser
The website stores small amounts of data in the local storage of your browser (localStorage). These data remain on your device and are not transmitted to the server. Stored are:
- the selected language variant of the home page
- your decision in the consent dialogue, so that the query does not appear on every visit
This storage is technically necessary for the service requested by you. You can delete the local storage at any time via the settings of your browser.
Audience measurement and consent
Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The Tag Manager itself does not create usage profiles and does not set cookies for analytics purposes. It serves the administration of downstream services whose use depends on your consent. When the Tag Manager is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
Google Analytics 4
Insofar as you consent, Google Analytics 4 is loaded via the Tag Manager. The service uses cookies and similar technologies in order to evaluate the use of the website. Collected in this process are in particular pages called up, time spent, approximate location on the basis of a truncated IP address, device type and source of origin of the visit. IP anonymisation is active by default in Google Analytics 4. The retention period for user and event data is set to two months, the lowest value available in Google Analytics 4. After that the data are automatically deleted.
The legal basis is exclusively your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 165(3) TKG 2021. Without your consent no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data are transmitted. Technically this is implemented via the Google Consent Mode, which prior to any consent stands at denied.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. For this purpose use the link Change cookie settings at the end of every page. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
Data transfer to third countries
When using Google services a transfer of data to the USA is possible. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, by which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists. In addition, standard contractual clauses are in place.
Your rights
You have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
- Access to the data processed concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure, insofar as no retention ground stands in the way (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability in a commonly used format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
To exercise them an informal message to florian.fischer@slopelift.com suffices.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
- Authority
- Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde)
- Address
- Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna
